The report details how he appeared to use his position as the Chairman of the Senate Seapower Subcommittee to line his own pockets. Just before becoming Chairman, he started buying up stock in a company that makes submarine parts.
David Perdue’s corruption and self-dealing are flagrant. He is blatantly exploiting his office to line his own pockets. This conduct is utterly inexcusable.

Of course, this is not David Perdue’s first stock trading scandal as a U.S. Senator.
Jason, remember how he tried to profit off of the pandemic?
After a classified Senate briefing in January, he traded medical equipment and vaccine stocks and dumped casino shares to line his own pockets -- all the while assuring his constituents the virus was no deadlier than the common flu.
David Perdue is one of the most corrupt members of the Senate. He is in it only for himself, his wealthy donors, and his corporate lobbyists. Not the people of Georgia.
