I've seen the corrupting influence of corporate PAC money in our politics as powerful special interests pay politicians to do what's best for their bottom line, not yours. As counsel in the U.S. Senate, I worked on a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United, and I'll continue that work in the House. That's also why, when I decided to run for Congress, I swore that I would never accept a single penny from corporate PACs.
