Jason, Yesterday, former Governor Andrew Cuomo launched his campaign for New York City mayor. Click here to watch how Scott feels about it: When Scott ran for NYC Comptroller in 2013, polling had his opponent, former Governor Eliot Spitzer, up big. And who won that race? Scott did. He's not intimidated by a former governor who spent years treating New York City like his personal punching bag—slashing MTA funding, wrecking the subway, and trying to cut billions for public school kids and Medicaid for city residents. Unlike his opponent, Scott doesn't view being mayor as a way to boost his political career. He's in this race because New York City is his home, and he has the ideas and experience to bring competence and vision back to this city. But Cuomo stepping in does make this race more competitive, and that's why we need your help. Scott's ready to take Cuomo, Adams, and any other opponent or skeptic head on, but he can't do it all alone. Will you watch Scott's response video to Cuomo and then chip in $10, $25, $50, or whatever you can to help us win? Thank you, Team Stringer | | | | |
