We're suing Florida

This case will determine whether Floridians can trust that their voices are heard.

Hi Jason,

In case you missed it: Anti-democratic politicians have signed a law that would make it nearly impossible for any citizen-led initiative, including our effort to expand Medicaid, to make it on the ballot.

We can't let these extremist politicians stop the people from using their voices.

That's why we're suing the state of Florida, and we hope you'll support us in protecting our rights and democracy. We can explain more about why your support is so important right now, but if you don't have much time, can you donate a special gift towards our Legal Defense fund? Lawsuits are really expensive, Jason, and we can't let them take away our rights.

DONATE TO OUR LEGAL DEFENSE FUND

Despite Medicaid expansion being overwhelmingly popular with Floridians, out-of-touch politicians are doing everything they can to stop our campaign.

They've shown us that they will lean on their other anti-democracy friends to put up more red tape, smear our campaign, and fearmonger – all to ignore the people's voice.

That's why it's critical that we have the funds to take them to court and fight for citizens' rights to have their issues and concerns heard through ballot initiatives.

So please, will you donate today to help us keep up this expensive legal battle to defend our rights and for citizens to have their voices heard?
