It was a disgusting, bigoted attack, completely unbecoming for a sitting U.S. Senator and unacceptable for everyone. Of course, he hasn’t apologized to Vice President-elect Harris or the Indian community, but I’m not surprised. This is who David Perdue is. Remember, Jason: This is the man who ran a digital attack ad against me over the summer that doctored my face to lengthen my nose, the oldest anti-Semitic trope in the book. Georgia deserves so much better than this, Jason. I’m running for Senate to try to bring this country together and unite us around common goals to build a brighter future.
