This has resulted in a system where corporate special interests and wealthy donors have had all the power in Washington and have stood in the way of fixing the problems most Americans are facing, whether it be lowering healthcare and prescription drug costs or making the economy work for regular people. There's no question that our campaign finance system is broken, and it desperately needs fixing.
