I want to talk about priorities, because right now Mike Lawler's are completely out of sync with the people of NY-17.
While families here are struggling with rising costs, higher healthcare prices, and real anxiety about making ends meet, Mike Lawler is busy backing Donald Trump's latest fights abroad and defending his cruel and chaotic policies here at home.
We need a representative focused on affordability, on lowering healthcare costs, on protecting Social Security and Medicare, and on making sure working families in the Hudson Valley can get ahead. As a Rockland County legislator, I'm working right now to protect my constituents from looming cuts to health care, child care, and food assistance while also crisscrossing the district to connect with voters.
NY-17 deserves better leadership. And with your support, we can flip this seat and put people first.
