Thanks to the Biden Administration, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has a rule to stop big banks from charging outrageous overdraft fees—you know, those exuberant charges for being a few dollars short? This rule would put money back in the pockets of working families instead of padding Wall Street profits.
But now, Republicans are trying to overturn it. They want to let banks keep squeezing Americans for billions in unfair fees. It's a blatant handout to their wealthy Big Bank donors—and we can't let them get away with it.
Congress must protect overdraft fee caps, not roll them back. Tell them to stand with consumers, not corporate greed. Sign the petition now to demand Congress protect overdraft fee reforms!
