We cannot afford to lose this seat

The dysfunction coming out of Washington is exactly why I ran for Congress. Long Islanders sent me here to represent their best interests, not play partisan games or push an extreme agenda that threatens the livelihood of hardworking families.

Long Islanders sent me here to represent their best interests, not play partisan games or push an extreme agenda that threatens the livelihood of hardworking families. House Republicans passed a hyper-partisan budget resolution that would slash $2 trillion from the federal budget and threaten funding for critical programs like Medicare and Medicaid. Democrats were completely shut out at every step of the way! With one of the slimmest House majorities in history, Republicans are showing us that they're willing to ram through Trump's extreme MAGA agenda at all costs. This isn't how the government is supposed to function. We must fight to secure a strong Democratic majority that will stand up for all of us and hold the Trump Administration accountable–and we cannot afford to lose this seat! Our race will be one of the most competitive races in 2026, and our next FEC filing deadline is just days away.
