Devastating update →

BREAKING NEWS: HB 1205 has just passed in the Senate.

Jason – the anti-democratic bill that will riddle citizen-led amendments with even more red tape has just passed in the Senate. Next, it's going to the Governor's desk to be signed into law.

This bill is going to make it harder for groups like us to give voters a real voice and opportunity to participate in democracy.

So we're jumping into action. We've set a Rapid Response goal of $15,000 to help us recruit more volunteers, knock on more doors, and gather more signatures. Please, don't waste a second. Chip in whatever you can right now:

Here's the deal: More than 1 million Floridians couldn't afford to see a doctor in 2022, according to the CDC.

Our ballot initiative would help fix this. We'd expand access for MILLIONS of Floridians who rely on Medicaid to help them get life-saving care.

And let's make one thing clear: HB 1205 isn't about "transparency" or "election reform," it's about suppressing Floridians' voices.

They're ignoring the will of the people, but Florida Decides Healthcare won't. So we're doubling down to put YOUR health care decisions back in YOUR hands.

Will you please rush a $10 donation to help us meet our $15,000 Rapid Response goal by midnight tonight?
