| At the end of June, we'll have to report our fundraising numbers publicly. That report is one of the biggest signals we can send about the strength of this campaign. Hitting our May goal is how we build the momentum and resources we need going into that big reporting deadline.
The truth is, people are watching. Our opponent is watching. National Republican groups are watching. If they see the grassroots support behind this campaign, they'll know this race is real and winnable.
This race will be the most competitive in the country next year, so we can't slow down for even a moment, especially when we're up against big-dollar Republican donors.
