Anti-democracy politicians can’t stop our movement

Jason, we'll keep this quick.

It's been two months since anti-democracy politicians in Tallahassee passed an extreme law — HB 1205 — meant to silence ballot initiatives like ours.

A federal judge has already found many of HB 1205's provisions to be unconstitutional, Jason! Just look what he said:

[HB 1205 will bar] "entire classes of people from participating in the core political speech."

-U.S. District Judge Mark Walker

But even though the judge's rulings have stopped some of the law's most extreme parts, our fight is far from over.

That's because other extreme parts of HB 1205 remain in effect, and Florida's out-of-touch politicians are still fighting the judge's decision. They're not letting up their attacks on Floridians' free speech and right to participate in their democracy, so we can't let up either.

We're fighting to provide affordable healthcare to millions of hardworking Floridians. Can you support our powerful movement with a gift of just $10 today?
