| | | Jason, My love for public service started when I was just a mom volunteering in my kids' classrooms. I saw how much more needed to be done, and I acted. When I first ran for the State House, I wanted to continue fighting for a better future for our children, families, and seniors. Once again, I stepped up. | | | I'm proud of what we've been able to get done together in these past few years. We successfully fully funded our public schools for the first time in a decade. I've worked to make housing more affordable, support our small businesses, and protect abortion rights. I've held over 90 town halls because I believe in listening to my community. I've done all this because I believe government and elected officials should be a force for good. I didn't come from a wealthy family or a political background. I was raised by a single mom and a grandmother who worked as a blackjack dealer. They taught me how to work hard, give back, and fight for what's right – even when it's not easy. Right now, the road ahead is far from easy. Trump, Gabe Evans, and their allies are attacking our democracy and making life more expensive for families across Colorado. I've seen what happens when people in power stop listening to the needs of their communities. That's why I'm running for Congress. I know what it takes to bring people together, deliver tangible results, and fight back against extremist attacks when it matters most. Will you chip in to my campaign today so we can continue building a movement that puts Coloradans first? | | | | Thank you for believing in this campaign, Shannon | |
