When people run for office, they usually talk about what they hope to get done.
I like to rely on my existing record.
When I served in the State Legislature, I led the charge on lead pipe replacement, job training, small business development, affordable housing, and fair election maps.
I didn't just write talking points. I delivered real results for my community. I worked with Republican and Democratic governors. I built coalitions when Republicans controlled the Legislature. For me, public service is about results.
That's why I'm running for Congress.
I was born and raised here. I'm raising my kids here. And I believe that public servants should work for the people, not for themselves. But for too long, this district has been overlooked by Shri Thanedar.
Past behavior is the best indicator of future success. I'm proud of my record, and I'm ready to build on it in Washington. But I can't do this without you.
