| Jason, Yesterday, California put the power back into the hands of the people by passing Proposition 50! This win means that THE PEOPLE approved temporary emergency congressional district maps, giving us a chance to fight back against Republican attempts at voter suppression nationwide. What this means for us: our district is now more representative of Hispanic and Latino voters, allowing us to combat voter disenfranchisement and to send a leader to Congress who will stand up against the inhumane actions of this administration. We have a real shot at winning this district and delivering the kind of representation that our district deserves. But make no mistake — our opponents see that too. All eyes will be on our district to see if our grassroots campaign has what it takes to win. National Republicans are already preparing to pour money into this race to win this district. While Republicans like Young Kim depend on special interest groups to fund their campaigns, I'm not taking a single cent from corporate PACS. My campaign is powered entirely by people like you— people who believe in a government that works for us, not for corporations and billionaires. So, every donation from everyday people, whether it's $5 or $100, goes a long way to ensuring that we have the resources we need to take on special interests. Will you contribute to my campaign today to help us flip the House and win this district? |
| We're better together, Lisa |
