SCOTUS could hand Trump unchecked power

Trump used emergency powers to impose sweeping tariffs without approval from Congress — claiming he alone can rewrite trade policy.

Now, the Supreme Court is about to decide whether that’s legal. If they side with Trump, it could shatter the constitutional checks and balances that keep presidents from ruling by decree.

We cannot let that happen.

SCOTUS

This case isn’t just about tariffs.

It’s about whether Trump can use made-up emergencies as an excuse to seize more control — over trade, the economy, or anything else he wants.

The Supreme Court must draw the line. No president should have absolute power.

Will you add your name today and stand up for the rule of law?
