The Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade because of a case filed by Mississippi's Republican attorney general, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.
They critically weakened the Voting Rights Act because of the Shelby County v. Holder voting rights case in Alabama.
They gutted EPA standards brought forth in a case out of West Virginia.
They rolled back tribal sovereignty for Native American communities because Republicans in Oklahoma pushed so hard for it.
