And he was careening toward a wave election in which Democrats gained 40 seats (!) to win back a majority in the House.  A recent poll clocked Trump's disapproval even higher this time around — at 55%. That's on the heels of the single largest day of protest in American history, with 5 million people taking to the streets to oppose this presidency.  Now consider that Republicans hold a majority in the House by a three-seat margin. Just imagine what a wave election in the 2026 midterms could do to Trump's power.  That's why we're not waiting. DMA is building now to run a grassroots operation to make the biggest impact we can on next year's election. Early funding goes the farthest in helping decide how big we can go, how many seats we can target, and how much we can invest in this work.
