I'm sure you're hearing from a lot of campaigns right now about the upcoming fundraising deadline, so I wanted to share five reasons why your support is so important to me and our team right now:
1️⃣ We've made so much progress in the Michigan House. From repealing our state's abortion ban to passing the largest increase in education funding in state history, I'm proud of what we've been able to accomplish, and I'm ready to continue this work in Washington.
2️⃣ This is a battleground race. Experts have already rated this a toss-up heading into 2026, so this will undoubtedly be one of the most competitive races in the entire country next November.
3️⃣ Control of the Senate will come down to Michigan. With Senator Gary Peters retiring, this seat is completely open, and what happens here will decide control of the Senate.
4️⃣ Republicans are going to spend big. Last year, Republicans spent tens of millions of dollars here in Michigan, and there's no doubt that they'll spend even more next year to protect their Senate majority.
5️⃣ This is our first major deadline. This is the first chance for our campaign to show our strength, and all eyes will be on us to see if we have what it takes to keep this seat blue.
