I've seen firsthand how the housing crisis is squeezing families, workers, and small businesses across New Hampshire.
Right now, some New Hampshire counties have NO rentals available. That's 0% rental vacancy. Short-term rentals, rising costs, and federal debt pressures are making it harder than ever for families to find a home. Without affordable housing, our communities and our economy can't thrive.
In Portsmouth, I worked on the City Council to update zoning and protect long-term renters — making sure homes stay in the hands of families, not short-term rental companies.
We need leaders who have a track record of fighting for real solutions, not just empty promises. I'm running for Congress to make sure families in New Hampshire can stay in their communities, find affordable housing, and build a future here.
