That’s why we’re asking about ranked choice voting — a proven reform already used in communities across the country. Ranked choice voting gives voters more choice, reduces negative campaigning, and ensures winners reflect broader public support, not just a narrow plurality.
Instead of choosing just one candidate, voters rank them in order of preference. If no candidate wins a majority, votes are reallocated — so elections reward consensus and participation, not division.
