Jason, today kicks off a critical week in the race to end Mitch McConnell's control of the U.S. Senate: Next Monday is the deadline to register to vote in the January 5th Georgia Senate runoff. I'll be realistic with you: These races are going to be extremely close—possibly within recount range. Turning out every voter who supported President-elect Biden is absolutely necessary, but it's not enough to lock a win outright. Putting Rev. Warnock and Jon Ossoff over the top will require turning out every Biden voter from the general election and more. Peach State activists are leaving no stone unturned in their efforts—from locating the 23,000 Georgia teens who'll turn 18 before January 5th, to supplying registration forms to eligible voters who are incarcerated, to combining voter registration events with food drives, to direct messaging voters on social media. They're thinking big. They're thinking outside the box. And with our help, they can propel the turnout we need to end Mitch's majority and unlock the progress we need in Washington. What's not to love? Georgia organizers are working around the clock to reach every eligible voter they can—and with this grassroots team's help, they can succeed. We've set a goal of raising $500,000 by Friday to help supercharge one of the biggest surges of voter registration ever—chip in $19 to Democratic Majority Action now—every cent will go straight toward ending Mitch's majority.
