These statistics paint a GRIM picture: Women take on more responsibilities of homeschooling and daily parenting, and are disproportionately represented in low wage jobs. 2.5 million women left the job market since the beginning of the pandemic—compared to 1.8 million men. A study by CARE International found that 27% of women reported an increase in challenges associated with mental illness, compared to only 10% of men. There’s NO doubt about it:  Women need affordable mental health care NOW more than EVER BEFORE!
