No matter what you call it, here's what's undeniable: there is a movement across the country to legalize the recreational use of cannabis.
Studies have shown that states that have legalized cannabis see an economic boom from its sale, and the government benefits from its taxation. For proponents of legal cannabis, this is a win-win scenario.
Just a few weeks ago, a ruling out of Florida allowed for a ballot initiative to proceed that would legalize recreational cannabis.
More and more states across the country are following similar paths due to the demand of their citizens and high level of interest in having an economic share in the cannabis industry.
