| Jason, Most real Missourians have never really heard of "Christian nationalism." But Josh Hawley has spent six years demonstrating what it means to him: He's been on an extreme crusade against reproductive freedom — leading the charge to outlaw virtually all abortions nationwide and refusing to support federal protections for contraception, IVF, or essentially any reproductive healthcare. He voted against protections for pregnant workers. And he was one of the earliest voices in the effort to reconsider life-saving no-fault divorce laws. Hawley has refused to fight for investments in "woke" things like American manufacturing and job creation in Missouri. He even blocked funding healthcare for veterans like me who were exposed to toxic burn pits during their service — I guess because that's "woke" too. He wrote a whole book lecturing us about "masculinity," telling all of us that the only way to be a man is to be exactly like him. And he's advocated for spending billions of dollars on endless overseas wars, but won't fight for even a cent for Missouri. He even made Missouri taxpayers foot the $250,000 bill for his own lawbreaking. This election is our one and only chance to defeat Josh Hawley and take Missouri's U.S. Senate seat back for real working people. Hawley won his last race with only 51% of the vote — and that was before his obsession with controlling our bodies, families, and lives was exposed. Now, he's the least popular incumbent Senator up for re-election this year. His approvals are even worse than Ted Cruz in Texas and Rick Scott in Florida. If we have the resources to keep telling Missourians about Josh Hawley's extreme crusade to criminalize reproductive healthcare, his refusal to invest in Missouri, and his six years working to benefit himself in the Senate, I know we can win this race in November.
