Jason: there's so much at stake in the upcoming election, including control of the Supreme Court. So, we need to hear from you. ⬇️
Just this year, the ultra-conservative Supreme Court has released some ATROCIOUS decisions:
- First, they gave Trump a win on immunity from potentially some of his criminal charges, undermining the law and enabling abuse of power.
- Second, they sided with January 6th insurrectionists and limited the charges that could be brought against them.
- Third, they kept in place South Carolina's racially gerrymandered congressional map. This dilutes the power of Black and Brown voters across the state!
These rulings not only endangered our democracy, but they're downright WRONG.
And experts are saying that whoever wins the presidential race will get to appoint TWO new Supreme Court Justices! That's enough to change the alignment of the Court for a GENERATION!!
That's why we need to know: Do you support the Supreme Court after their flurry of terrible decisions? We need a groundswell of responses from REAL Democrats like you for this poll to be statistically significant, Jason.
