In 2022, he promised folks across Upstate New York that he wouldn't vote against abortion rights. Then he went to Congress and voted against abortion rights – not once or twice, but 13 times.
I won't let Molinaro hide from his anti-abortion record. That's why we're taking the fight to him with an ad that exposes every single one of his extreme votes. 3. July 2023 – Molinaro voted for an amendment to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.
4. July 2023 – Molinaro voted for a bill to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.
5. July 2023 – Molinaro voted against repealing the provision to prohibit the Department of Defense from covering costs related to servicemembers forced to travel to receive an abortion if stationed in a state that bans abortion.
