As a born and raised New Yorker, I enjoy showing out-of-town folks the highlights of New York City. That's why last week, I welcomed Andrew Cuomo to the city with a dozen bagels, and took the press on a tour of his failures across the city. Outside of Cuomo's new home on Billionaire's Row, I reminded people that the former governor failed to create affordable housing, underfunded public transit, threatened New Yorkers' healthcare, and hurt New York City kids with cuts to public education. I couldn't be more serious when I say Andrew Cuomo is not fit to be New York City's next mayor. We need a leader with the vision to know what New York City families need, the competence to deliver it, and a track record of serving this city and its people. If you see me on the streets of NYC, I'll always be ready to have a conversation about how we can fix our city, and I have the policy proposals to back it up. Will you chip in $25 today to help me connect with New Yorkers in every borough? —Scott | | | | |
