Not only does it slash funding for Medicaid and SNAP, it also hurts local farmers in Upstate New York and takes away food from working families – just to give more tax cuts to billionaires.
So, I've been fighting back. I've already introduced legislation that will make life more affordable for Upstate New Yorkers, and I introduced three amendments last week that would also help lower costs and support farmers, but Republicans blocked them.
