| Jason, It's Jason. I've got to be real with you about what's happening right now. While families are struggling with higher costs and hospitals are already being forced to close their doors, Donald Trump and his Republican allies would rather shut down the government than protect healthcare for Georgians. Republicans are putting politics over our lives by refusing to extend the tax credits that keep health insurance affordable. If they get their way, over 1 million Georgians could lose coverage. This reckless shutdown now threatens our critical services and the nearly 111,000 federal employees in Georgia, who have already faced funding cuts, mass firings, and senseless gun violence this year. That's not leadership, it's cruelty — plain and simple. And here in Georgia we are already feeling the damage. Just last week, a hospital in Lavonia had to announce it's shutting down its labor and delivery unit. That's what happens when Republicans put politics over people. I refuse to accept this. Our healthcare is not a game. As governor, I'll fight to expand Medicaid, lower premiums, and keep hospitals open so every Georgian can get the care they need. Republicans will stop at nothing to hold onto power and rip healthcare away. If we don't fight back right now, they'll get away with it. So I'm asking you, Jason, will you step up today and stand with me? Every single donation is a direct message that Georgia is done letting Republicans gamble with our lives. |
| We can build a Georgia where families are cared for instead of cast aside. But we've got to do it together. In this fight with y'all, Jason |
