I will cast the 51st vote to eliminate the filibuster and codify Roe into law.

Jason,

As a former judge and Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court, I want to be absolutely clear: abortion is a constitutional right that cannot be rolled back.

But reporting indicates that a politicized, right-wing majority of the Supreme Court intends to overturn Roe in full.

That is terrifying – and a direct attack on our freedom that demands urgent action.

The Senate's failure to eliminate the filibuster and codify Roe v. Wade to protect our rights is unacceptable. And we cannot back down. With our rights at stake, we must elect Senators who will expand our majority and protect our rights – and North Carolina is the best opportunity to do that.

My friend Jaime Harrison started Dirt Road PAC with states like North Carolina in mind — to help Democrats compete and not write off a single voter, no matter their zip code.

If you are ready to protect our rights and codify Roe, please split a donation between my campaign in North Carolina and Dirt Road PAC today to help flip North Carolina's Senate seat. A 50/50 Senate is not cutting it, and we cannot allow Republicans to retake control.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation to Dirt Road PAC and Cheri Beasley will go through immediately:

I promise you this: I will not hesitate to be that 51st vote to eliminate the filibuster and codify Roe into federal law. Reproductive freedom is a constitutional right. It is health care. It is economic freedom. It is justice.

Thank you for standing with us in the fight.

— Cheri Beasley
