The American people should never have to choose between skyrocketing healthcare costs or putting food on the table.

But Republicans in Congress are forcing that false choice — holding our government, our economy, and our families hostage to their own political chaos.

While Democrats are fighting to bring down prescription drug prices, expand coverage, and strengthen protections for working families, Republicans are walking away from their responsibility to govern.

They're too busy playing political games to notice the very real pain their chaos is causing every single day.
