Folks, we need your eyes on this.

Senator Mark Kelly, a combat veteran and former astronaut, is being threatened by Pete Hegseth with a Pentagon investigation simply for reminding our troops that they must refuse illegal orders.

Now the Defense Department might court-martial him — a move unheard of against a sitting U.S. Senator.

Let’s be clear: This is an attempt to intimidate a political opponent for doing his job and defending the Constitution. If they can go after Mark Kelly, they can go after anyone who speaks out.

We need to respond immediately.

Silencing elected leaders for upholding the rule of law is not democracy. And we can’t wait to act.
