| Jason, Grassroots donations are the ammunition behind this campaign. I'm a West Point graduate and Army veteran now running for Congress because, to be frank with you, I'm tired of politicians who campaign on making life more affordable but only vote in ways that make it more expensive. Recently, our Republican Representative, Derek Schmidt, said that while affordability is a "concern," the overall situation is "better than one might think." Really? Schmidt may express concern, but concern doesn't mean much when he keeps voting in Donald Trump's favor, even if it means slashing healthcare funding or putting even more financial pressure on farms. But we've talked about Derek Schmidt's lack of backbone before. I'm running for Congress because, right now, we've got too many people in Congress like him. This year, we have a real opportunity to flip a seat here in Kansas, one voter and grassroots donation at a time. So, will you rush in a donation today to help me raise $30,000 before our quarterly FEC deadline at the end of the month? |
