BUT: That wasn’t enough to get David Perdue a majority of votes, so McConnell and his GOP allies are willing to spend OVER $100 MILLION to win the January runoff. NOW: Apparently $100 million is not going to be enough for Perdue’s sinking campaign to overcome Jon’s grassroots momentum. So Perdue is reportedly asking donors for $500 MILLION!!! The amount of money they are spending is ridiculous, Jason, and we’re not going to match that. But it shows how afraid Perdue, McConnell, and the GOP are of Jon’s grassroots movement. This team has the energy, passion, and momentum that even $500 MILLION can’t buy.
