Jason, thanks to your support, Mitch McConnell lost his Senate majority and President Joe Biden gained a Legislature he can work with without constant obstructionism. The American people gained a functional government that can start to mitigate this pandemic, save lives, and get us back to normalcy sooner. As I wrote in a recent piece in Newsweek, with President Biden at the helm, we have good reason to be hopeful that we can move forward and make real progress. But we cannot forget that all of us are charged with changing the trajectory of this country. In fact, we are the only ones who can. This presidential election, the American people chose reason, empathy and progress over derision, division and anger. It was a vital first step. Now the real work begins. There are still elected officials in office who perpetuated the outrageous lies, violence, and corruption that tore our country apart during the last four years. There are legislators still walking the halls of the Capitol whose rhetoric encouraged the traitorous attack on that very institution just a few weeks ago. We can't let their actions go unanswered. Donate to Democratic Majority Action and let's make sure those who've turned their back on our democracy are voted out. Thank you, | |||
