| Jason, the far right has been all too comfortable lying about my record, so with the stakes ramping up every day, I wanted to remind you of the facts:
FACT: I now have TWO anti-choice opponents running against me.
FACT: The NRCC just launched targeted ads to Alaskans, smearing me and lying about my record.
FACT: Special interest groups are willing to spend whatever it takes to defeat me and replace me with someone who doesn't have Alaskans' best interests in mind.
BUT HERE'S ONE FACT MY OPPONENTS AND SPECIAL INTERESTS HATE: These extremists and special interest groups can't compete with our army of grassroots support.
Jason, I have NO doubt that if you stand with the Alaska Democratic Party and I right now, we can out-raise and out-organize the forces trying to make me a one-term member of Congress. But if you sit this one out, they could defeat me. Can you split $25 right now between the Alaska Democratic Party and I to keep me fighting for Alaska in DC? >> |
