| Jason, We're working to get Medicaid expansion on the ballot in 2026 so we can give 1.4 million Floridians access to quality and affordable healthcare and improve health outcomes across the state–but we need your help! Here's a quick rundown of where we're at and how we got here: FIRST: The Affordable Care Act permitted states to expand Medicaid access to low-income Americans to help improve health outcomes and increase financial stability. THEN: Voters in Maine, South Dakota, and five other states took matters into their own hands and passed Medicaid expansion through a ballot initiative to create a total of 41 states across the country and Washington D.C. that have decided to expand Medicaid access. NOW: Florida is one of the only remaining states able to expand Medicaid through a ballot initiative. With 76% of Florida voters in favor of expansion, we have the chance to put Medicaid expansion on the ballot and let the people decide! Will you join our growing grassroots movement by chipping in $3, $5, $10, or anything you can spare to help ensure we have the resources to reach voters across Florida and secure the signatures we need? |
