| Jason, Dark money special interest groups are spending massive amounts of money in Alaska to undo the will of Alaska voters and repeal ranked-choice voting. |
| Several groups seeking to repeal ranked-choice voting in Alaska are facing more than $94,000 in fines after failing to follow the state's disclosure requirements for political campaign contributions. Alaska for Honest Elections, the group behind the ballot measure to repeal ranked-choice voting, is being funded by a tax-exempt religious organization called the Ranked Choice Education Association, which has been used to funnel anonymous contributions to the ballot group. National Republicans were furious when we defied the odds and sent Democrat Mary Peltola to fight for Alaska in Congress. Now, they're trying to change the rules and repeal ranked-choice voting so they can try to flip Alaska RED. We won't allow dark money special interest groups to silence the voice of Alaska voters! Can we count on you to chip in $5 today so we can build the largest grassroots team Alaska has ever seen and defend ranked-choice voting? |
