| Jason, We don't need sore losers or outsiders from the Lower 48 telling us how to do things here in Alaska. We need leaders who understand the unique challenges we face and who will fight to defend our Alaska way of life. Fourth and fifth place Primary finishers Nancy Dahlstrom and Matthew Salisbury dropped out of the U.S. House of Representatives race after an orchestrated effort by two-time loser Republican Nick Begich. Thanks to Nick's scheming, Eric Hafner – who is running from a New York prison cell as a Democrat in a state he has never even set foot in – will now appear on the ballot this November. Nick lost the Special and Regular Election in 2022 and came in a distant second to Mary Peltola in the August Primary. He knows he can't win without cheating. And this isn't the first time Hafner's tried something like this. In 2016, he ran as a Republican for Hawaii's congressional seat. Then in 2018, he switched parties and ran as a Democrat for Oregon's congressional seat. Now, this political opportunist is trying to do the same thing right here in Alaska! Help us keep this seat out of the hands of Republican extremists and outsiders who aren't even from Alaska. | | Mary is a born and raised Alaskan, and in Congress, she has been a critical voice fighting for Alaska's working families, protecting our fisheries, and defending rural and native communities. With so much at stake this November, we can't afford to let someone like Nick Begich and Eric Hafner make a mockery of this race. Let's show the Lower 48 that Alaska is not for sale, and we won't let outsiders take over. Chip in anything you can to help us re-elect Mary Peltola today! | | | | | | For the love of Alaska, Alaska Dems | |
