Hi Jason, it's Josh. I'm writing to you today from our HQ in Ithaca before I head back out on the road to meet with voters. Early voting is already underway, and while we're seeing strong turnout numbers, most voters have yet to cast their ballot in our race for New York's 19th Congressional District. I'm crisscrossing the district to lock down every vote that I can. And if you pitch in $5, it will help me reach a few more primary voters. In just a short while, I'm going to head down to Vestal to meet with some folks, including a few who might still be undecided about who they will vote for in Tuesday's election. Look, we're facing big challenges. National pundits are trying to put the writing on the wall for Democrats this year, and a GOP Super PAC aligned with Kevin McCarthy has already booked more than $1 million in ads this fall to attack me. But I'm not daunted because I know you're fired up and ready to win this newly-created toss-up seat. I spent my day yesterday in Walton at the Delaware County Fair and in Woodstock for a meet-and-greet with Ulster County Democrats, and I can feel the excitement building. Now, we have just 6 days left to make our final case to undecided voters across the 19th District. We have to do everything in our power to deliver our closing argument to every voter. Jason, that's why I'm reaching out with my limited free time today. Could you pitch in $5 before you close this email? Your contribution turns into a few more voters we can reach in the final stretch, and a better chance at a win on Tuesday >> |
With gratitude & high hopes, Josh Riley |
