Jason - The last three weeks have been a test of our faith — in our democracy and in ourselves. If you're like me, you've spent a lot of time looking inward at what matters most and what we all can do better. Tomorrow is a national holiday that challenges us all to consider our blessings. For me, it's the simple things: good health and the presence of loved ones. I plan to spend this turkey day with the extended family — playing games, watching football, and going on a long hike with the dogs (rain or shine). I'll be reflecting on how lucky I am to be surrounded by people who refuse to give up on our country. People who, despite all that has happened, will continue to fight for our ideals that represent America at its best. People who believe that we will prevail, because we must. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. A lot looks bleak right now, but all is far from lost. There's a lot of work to do — clearly. But I know that you and I are not going away. Going at this alone is unthinkable. Together, the mission feels winnable. Hold your loved ones close this Thanksgiving. Count your blessings. And rest up, because soon, it'll be time to roll up your sleeves and get back to work. All the best, from my family to yours, Amy
