Going into our 20th anniversary in 2025 with 1,200 alums in office, we know the Emerge strategy is working. The strength of our strategy is recruiting and training women who are part of the fabric of their communities and represent the New American Majority—Black, Brown, Indigenous women and women of color, as well as young, LGBTQ+, and unmarried women. As our candidates win, we recruit new ones to run for their positions so we don't lose ground —even under a Trump administration.
