Jason, it's Martin Sheen.
You may know me from my roles as an actor — including a former fictional president — but today I'm reaching out about Jon Ossoff's critical reelection campaign in Georgia.
My character in The West Wing famously said, "Decisions are made by those who show up."
And, Jason, I have made it my mission to take that lesson from the big screen and into my day to day life.
So, let me tell you a bit about why I think it's so important to show up for Jon Ossoff today:
Jon is the only Democratic Senator up for reelection in a state Donald Trump won in 2024.
That makes him Republican's #1 target in 2026 — and we know the GOP establishment will do whatever it takes to flip his Senate seat red.
Jason, we cannot afford to lose Jon's leadership.
He's a tireless fighter for working families and a watchdog for government corruption. At a time like this — when our President consistently acts against the best interests of the American people and works to enrich himself — we need someone like Jon advocating for us in the Senate.
But Jon and his team can't do this alone. He needs supporters, like you and me, to show up and stand with him.
