| Jason, I know you've probably received a lot of fundraising emails today. Sunday marks the end of August and, for campaigns like ours, that means one important thing: a fundraising deadline. For this campaign, Sunday is much more than that. It's a chance for me to figure out exactly where we are, to start fresh, and to continue building momentum the honest way. To cut through the noise in your inbox, here are just two big-picture reasons to consider pitching in $5, or any other amount you can today, to this campaign: - First, electing strong leaders is how we protect Michigan's future. Public service has always been my north star. Whether it's from behind a desk or out in the field as an Army Captain, I'm always going to do the right thing and speak up for our people — even if no one else is.
- I'm prepared to deliver on your investment. I know money is tight and, if I'm being honest, asking for it is one of my least favorite parts of this job. But it's the only way I can win this campaign, particularly when it's against a self-funded war chest.
The list of reasons to pitch in is longer, but I'm going to end it here for now. Thank you for standing with me today. Together, I know we can win and do the right thing for Wayne County, Adam |
