My roots

Friend – 90 days. That's how long we have to defeat Herschel Walker, keep Georgia blue, and defend our Senate majority. My roots are planted deeply in Georgia's soil. I grew up in public housing on the west side of Savannah, became a proud graduate of Morehouse College, and then went on to preach from Dr. King's pulpit. Today, I walk the halls of Congress as the first Black US senator in Georgia's history. It is one of the greatest honors of my life. My journey could only happen in America. I'm determined to make sure the next generation has the same opportunities I had, and I'm inspired to continue leading our critical fights for justice in the Senate. But all of that is at risk right now, and here's why: Walker has raised over $20 million to defeat me, and polling shows me 1 point behind. With experts saying this race could decide Senate control, we need to reach every last voter and pull ahead before it's too late.
