It is abundantly clear who Eric Adams represents, and it isn't NYC's working families.
Jason, did you see this?
The city's Rent Guidelines Board voted to increase rent for stabilized apartments. This does nothing to address our affordability crisis. It only makes things worse.
Rent-stabilized apartments can make a world of difference for families trying to make ends meet. A jump in rent hurts tenants and is a handout to landlords.
It is abundantly clear who Eric Adams represents, and it isn't NYC's working families.
I've always looked out for working people and will continue to do so as Mayor.
