But I was lucky — I had my mom looking out for me. As I got older, I had teachers and members of my community looking out for me. When I went to Iraq, I had my Marines looking out for me. And today, as we run one of the most competitive races in the country, I'm still incredibly lucky. I've got you with me, and more than 300,000 people have chipped in to keep us going. And honestly, I never thought I'd need to ask folks like you to do more than you already have to take back this Senate seat. But that's what I need you to do.
