Amuse Bouche. SCALLOP SAINT JACQUES seared scallop, mushroom & leek béchamel, gruyère gratin. Paired with Far Niente, Chardonnay, Napa Valley. First Course APPLE & CINNAMON PECAN SALAD goat cheese and pickled red onion tossed with agave lime vinaigrette. Paired with EnRoute, Les Pommiers, Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley. Second Course GORGONZOLA GNOCCHI gorgonzola dolce sauce, basil chiffonade, freshly shaved parmesan. Paired with Post & Beam, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley. Third Course PRIME NEW YORK STRIP TRANCHE garlic butter french beans, crispy buttermilk onions, and sauce foyot Paired with Nickel & Nickel, Vaca Vista Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon, Oak Knoll District. Fourth Course BAKED APPLE AND BRIE GALETTE with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel drizzle. Paired with Dolce, Late Harvest, Napa Valley.
