Emerge's Congressional Caucus has almost tripled in size since our first five alums — Deb Haaland, Abigail Spanberger, Kim Schrier, Lucy McBath, and Xochitl Torres Small — were elected to Congress in 2018.
Since then, we've added Melanie Stansbury (NM-1), Becca Balint (VT-AL), Val Hoyle (OR-4), Andrea Salinas (OR-6), and Emilia Sykes (OH-13).
We are excited to welcome our powerhouse alums Yassamin Ansari (AZ-3), Janelle Bynum (OR-5), Dr. Maxine Dexter (OR-3), Sarah Elfreth (MD-3), LaMonica McIver (NJ-10), and Lateefah Simon (CA-12) who will be sworn into the 119th Congress next year.
